7. Pricing Errors

Despite our efforts to maintain accurate pricing, technical, typographical, or human errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, Seer & Vori reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received for such an order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-processing timelines.

We may cancel or reject an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms and conditions.

Seer & Vori does not generally store complete card or banking credentials on its own systems.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not already been processed, customised, manufactured, or dispatched.

Customised, personalised, and made-to-order products cannot generally be cancelled once production or customisation has commenced.

If cancellation is approved, the applicable refund or payment reversal will be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

11. Customised & Made-to-Order Products

Customised, personalised, and made-to-order products require additional production or customisation time.

By placing an order for such products, the customer acknowledges that the order may not be cancelled or returned solely due to change of mind or personal preference once production or customisation has commenced.

This does not affect any remedy available where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where a remedy is required under applicable law.

Shipping is available within India and to selected international destinations.

Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on:

14. Delivery Inspection & Tampered Parcels

Customers are advised to inspect the outer parcel carefully before accepting delivery.

If the parcel appears to be:

• Torn

• Re-taped

• Tampered with

• Visibly damaged

the customer should refuse delivery wherever the courier service permits and contact Seer & Vori immediately.

For high-value silver products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, clear and unedited unboxing video from the sealed parcel through opening and inspection of the product.

Such evidence may be required when reviewing damage, tampering, missing items, or incorrect-product claims.
