2. Shipping Charges – Standard shipping is ₹200/kg, subject to variation based on destination, package characteristics, courier charges, and international requirements.
3. International Duties & Taxes – International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-specific charges, which are generally borne by the customer.
4. Free Shipping & COD – Standard free shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) are currently unavailable. Promotional offers, if any, will be subject to their specific terms.
5. Address & Delivery Responsibility – Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Delays caused by incorrect information, courier issues, weather, customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may require additional time.
6. Damaged, Tampered & Lost Shipments – Customers should inspect parcels before accepting delivery and report damage, tampering, or delivery issues promptly with the required photographs, order details, and continuous unboxing video where applicable.
